Colossus Software LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Superpets application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers.
Pet Photos: When you use the Service, you upload pet photos for AI processing. Original photos are used only for generation and are not stored permanently on our servers.
Generated Images: AI-generated superhero portraits are stored securely in your account so you can access them from your history.
Purchase Information: Credit purchases are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or Stripe (web). We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. We receive transaction confirmations to credit your account.
Device Information: We collect device type, operating system, and Expo push notification tokens to deliver notifications about completed generations.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the Service, such as feature usage frequency and generation counts.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service (generating AI portraits).
- To manage your account and credit balance.
- To send push notifications when your generations are complete.
- To provide customer support.
- To improve and optimize the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Superpets:

4. Data Retention
- Pet photos: Not stored permanently. Used only during generation processing.
- Generated images: Stored until you delete your account.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication (JWT), and encrypted storage for sensitive credentials. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in your account.
- Delete your account and all associated data by emailing support@superpets.fun with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Export your generated images by saving them from the History tab.
- Opt out of push notifications through your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
8. Advertising
The Service displays optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. You can choose to watch ads to earn free credits. AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
